At FIELDWORK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
